1. Plans are prepaid

Club plans and Player Pro are paid up front for the term you pick. Nothing is charged again unless you renew.

If a plan doesn't work for you, ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full amount to the way you paid.

We refund unused whole months when something on our side stopped you from using the plan. The time already used stays counted.

Fees collected for a club's open play or event follow that club's own policy; contact the club first.

Use the contact form with your receipt number. Refunds reach GCash and Maya in a few days, cards in 5 to 10 business days.
